2) These terms

These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3) Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour/finish can occur due to screen settings and manufacturing batches. This does not affect your legal rights.

4) Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

5) Placing an order and contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation (usually by email). We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel, we will refund any amounts paid.

6) Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown on our website.

7) Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to UK and Ireland addresses only. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

8) Ownership and risk

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.

9) Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these Terms. Please see our Refund Policy.

10) Faulty goods

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

11) Limits of liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights).

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12) Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
