Delivery areas

We currently deliver to UK and Ireland addresses only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is £5.99 per order.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

Typical delivery times are:

 

• UK: 2-6 working days

• Ireland: 2-6 working days

Tracking

If your order is sent using a tracked service, tracking details will be provided by email once dispatched.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can’t accept responsibility for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly.

Damaged parcels / missing items

If anything arrives damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos (including packaging) so we can help quickly.
